Maintenance, debug status#4

Thank you, very useful app!

I think, it would be great to show “config debug” status from config/app.php file (Laravel/October CMS) and “maintenance mode” status for each site (October CMS) - in a sites list and site detail.

The development of this feature is already in progress.

We will display theses informations and other configurations (like activeTheme, edgeUpdate) in site detail view and log/notify when these values changes.

If you have suggestions of other settings that should be monitored, please write a comment.
